Autostrada was first established on Teddington Rd in Burswood in 2001 as Autostrada Luxury Cars, supplying luxury pre-owned vehicles to the Perth area.

Over the following 15 years, and with the opening of a dedicated Service Centre in 2004, Autostrada built a reputation for providing quality luxury and performance vehicles; specialising in the sale and service of European brands Audi, Bentley, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz and Porsche.

In 2016 Autostrada consolidated it's position as a new car dealership by becoming the Western Australian authorised dealership for Lotus Cars - a legacy brand built on brilliant intuitions, ingenious engineering and timeless design.

With the continued growth of the new car component of the Autostrada business, a third brand was added to the franchise – KGM SsangYong Motors, one of the world’s most established producers of four-wheel drive and off-road vehicles.

In 2022, in response to the growth of the new vehicle sales component of the business, Autostrada relocated it's service centre to 4A Cohn Street in Carlisle. The new stand-alone facility provided the space needed to accommodate the increased demand for servicing, repairs and parts for all the brands within the franchise.

In 2022 Autrostrada again took the lead with the GWM brand by opening the first dedicated, stand-alone GWM showroom in Australia. Located on Albany Hwy in St James, this first class facility showcases the growth of the brand in Australia since our first Haval SUV was delivered from the Autostrada Burswood showroom in 2015.
